Director Deva Katta is known for delivering films with a social message. His last outing, Republic, featuring Sai Dharam Tej, is one of the most acclaimed movies in Tollywood history. The filmmaker is gearing up to entertain audiences with a political web series titled Mayasabha.
The show is centered around the lives of AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu and late CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy, two legendary personalities in Telugu politics. According to media reports, Aadi Pinishetty and 30 Weds 21 fame Chaitanya Rao portray CBN and YSR, respectively.
An official clarification is awaited. The web show will have a duration of 400 minutes (6 hours & 40 minutes). Mayasabha is currently in post-production and will stream in the last quarter of 2025. Saikumar, Nasser, Divya Dutta, Tanya Ravichandran, Ravindra Vijay, Srikanth Iyengar, and Shatru are essaying other key roles.
