Naveen Polishetty, starrer detective thriller Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, was a super hit at the ticket windows. Directed by Swaroop, the movie was one of the best detective comedy thrillers in Telugu. The film was remade in Tamil as Agent Kannayiram, with comedian Santhanam playing the lead role.
Unfortunately, the Tamil version failed to make any impact at the box office and became a huge dud. After its theatrical run, the movie is now streaming on SunNXT. The surprising thing now is that this Tamil remake of the Telugu superhit is again dubbed into Telugu, and the dubbed version is now streaming on SunNXT.
A few netizens were quite surprised to see this. Directed by Manoj Beedha, the movie has Riya Suman, Sruthi Hariharan, and Redin Kingsley in crucial roles. The film’s music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
