Kollywood actor Sivakarthikeyan’s latest release, Ayalaan, is scheduled to hit Telugu screens today following its theatrical debut in Tamil during the Sankranti season. Under the direction of Ravi Kumar, the film has been well-received at the box office in Tamil Nadu.
However, the Telugu release encountered a significant setback on its opening day. Morning shows of the Telugu version were abruptly canceled in Hyderabad and other regions across AP and TS. Disheartened attendees of the first day-first show expressed their disappointment online, though the reasons for these cancellations remain undisclosed.
Rakul Preet Singh portrayed the love interest of Sivakarthikeyan in the movie, sharing the screen with Sharad Kelkar, Isha Koppikar, Bhanu Priya, and Yogi Babu in pivotal roles. Produced by Kotapadi J Rajesh under KJR Studios, Ayalaan features musical compositions by the renowned AR Rahman.
