The shooting for Nani’s new film, Shyam Singha Roy kick-started earlier this year in Kolkata. After canning a few important portions there, the team returned to Hyderabad.
Currently, the film’s shooting is underway in the interiors of the Godavari region in Andhra Pradesh. Meanwhile, the latest news is that as the state elections in Kolkata are going to be held in the next few weeks, the team decided to give a break to the Kolkata schedule and resume it in late summer.
Co-starring Sai Pallavi and Kriti Shetty, Shyam Singha Roy is being directed by Rahul Sankrityan. Niharika Entertainments banner is bankrolling this high-budget period film.
