Star composer Devi Sri Prasad’s Nee Kallu Neeli Samudram, the super hit love song from the upcoming romantic drama, Uppena, has pulled off a massive feat by clocking 150 million views on YouTube. The song, released on March 2, has also amassed over 750K likes and is inching towards the 1 million likes milestone.
Nee Kallu Neeli Samudram is loaded with deep and penetrating lyrics and poignant visuals. While lyricist Shree Mani has penned the Telugu lyrics, the Urdu lyrics were penned by Raqueeb Alam. Talented playback singer Javed Ali has crooned the song in his endearing voice. Srikanth Chandra’s vocals for the Hindi lyrics add another layer of depth to the song.
Uppena stars newcomers Vaishnav Tej and Krithi Shetty as the main leads. Sukumar’s former associate Buchi Babu Sana has directed the movie. Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings banners have bankrolled the film.
