With just eight days to go for the release of Ustaad Bhagat Singh, starring Pawan Kalyan, a brief social media interaction involving director Harish Shankar has sparked online discussion.
The director, who previously delivered the blockbuster Gabbar Singh with Pawan Kalyan, replied to a fan post suggesting that the film should surpass certain box office records. Seemingly without noticing the proper context of the post, Harish Shankar responded with “Thadastu,” a Telugu word implying “so be it” or “consider it done.”
Though the post was deleted soon after, screenshots of the reply began circulating online, leading to discussions among sections of fans on social media.
Meanwhile, the team of Ustaad Bhagat Singh continues to focus on the film’s release on March 19, 2026. Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna play the female leads in this movie, which is produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad and Thaman have worked on the music.
