Ustaad Bhagat Singh first week estimates: Pawan Kalyan’s film posts shocking numbers

Ustaad Bhagat Singh, starring Pawan Kalyan, has completed its first week at the box office with disappointing numbers. The film opened to mostly negative reviews and, due to its clash with Dhurandhar: The Revenge, it had an ordinary first weekend.

During the weekdays, the film crashed completely at the ticket windows. As per estimates, Ustaad Bhagat Singh earned just about Rs. 88 crores gross in its first week. To put into perspective how low these numbers are, even Pawan Kalyan’s recent disaster, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, fared better in its opening week.

Commercial entertainers with routine plots are no longer being accepted by audiences, and Ustaad Bhagat Singh has once again proved it. Directed by Harish Shankar, the movie stars Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna as the female leads. Mythri Movie Makers produced the film, while R. Parthiban played the antagonist. The songs were composed by Devi Sri Prasad, and the background score was composed by Thaman.
