Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s new film Ustaad Bhagat Singh hit theatres three days ago as an Ugadi release. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film features Sreeleela as the female lead.
The big-budget cop action drama has received mixed responses from both critics and audiences. However, it has performed decently in North America, collecting around $700K so far, with nearly $500K coming in after its theatrical release. The film is now heading towards the $1 million mark and is likely to reach it by the end of the weekend or by Monday.
Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film also stars Raashii Khanna, Parthiban, Rao Ramesh, and KS Ravikumar in key roles. The music is composed by Thaman in collaboration with Devi Sri Prasad.
