Valimai is a film that many were waiting for as it had Thala Ajith in an action packed avatar after a long time. The film also released in Telugu and received some dull reviews all over.
But as expected, the collections in Chennai are solid. As per the update, the Tamil film has made a whopping 1.9 crores gross on day one in Chennai which is huge in the time of pandemic.
Boney Kapoor has produced this film and he has already made solid profits by selling the digital and other rights of the film for a whopping amount. H Vinoth has directed Valimai.
