Valmiki, the remake of Jigarthanda is currently being shot in Hyderabad. Varun Tej plays the lead role in the film and the latest we hear is that the makers have decided to release the film on the 13th of September.
The Telugu version is being directed by Harish Shankar. Pooja Hegde plays a key role in the film which also has Atharva in a key role.
14 Reels Entertainments produce this film which also has a new actress making her debut.
