Varun Tej is making his Bollywood debut with the aerial action film Operation Valentine. The Telugu-Hindi bilingual is directed by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, a seasoned ad filmmaker and VFX aficionado. Former Miss World Manushi Chhillar plays the female lead. Today, the makers launched the first single, Vande Mataram, at the Wagah border.
The song instantly evokes goosebumps and creates positive vibes around the film. Penned by Saraswathi Putra Ramajogayya Sastry, the song describes the indomitable spirit of an Air Force Pilot. Varun Tej looks superb in the role, and the background score provided by Mickey J Meyer is blistering. Kunal Kundu’s rendition is powerful, while the chorus provided by Ramya Behara, Mickey J Meyer, and Krishna Tejasvi is impactful.
Operation Valentine is produced by Sony Pictures International Productions, Sandeep Mudda’s Renaissance Pictures, and co-produced by God Bless Entertainment (Vakil Khan) and Nandakumar Abbineni. The story is penned by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, Aamir Khan, and Siddharth Raj Kumar. Operation Valentine will be out in cinemas on February 16, 2024.
