Sandalwood movie Vedha is the milestone movie of Kannada Superstar Shiva Rajkumar. Released in December 2022 in Kannada, the movie received mixed responses from audiences. Now, the movie is slated for a release in Telugu on February 9, 2023.
The problem is, noted OTT platform ZEE5 announced that the movie will be premiered on its platform on February 10, 2023, in all major Indian languages including Telugu. So, it would be a big disadvantage to the banner which is releasing the movie in Telugu as people will tend to watch the film on OTT.
The film stars Ganavi Laxman Umashri, Aditi Sagar, Shwetha Chengappa and others in prominent roles. Vedha is bankrolled by Geeta Pictures and Zee Studios together. Arjun Janya provided the music for this movie.
