On this day, in 1990, Venkatesh’s iconic mass entertainer, Bobbili Raja, released and went on to become a huge blockbuster. On the film’s 28th anniversary, Venky took to Instagram and reminisced the memories attached with the movie.
“A film that’s very close to my heart that was made possible by a team that was dedicated, passionate and a bit crazy. A film that you all loved watching and still watch, that golden film turns 28 today! Thank you for all the love throughout,” said Venky. Bobbili Raja was directed by B Gopal and produced by Suresh Babu. Divya Bharati was the heroine in the film.
Currently, Venky is shooting for his upcoming comedy entertainer, F2, in Prague, Czech Republic.
