Venky Mama had a solid first weekend and made good money irrespective of mixed reviews. The film has completed six days of its run and the latest we hear is that it has crossed the 23 crore share mark in two Telugu states.
These are decent collections as some distributors have already landed in a safe zone. But the next few days will tell as to where the film will exactly stand as big films like Ruler, Pratiroju Pandage and Donga are coming out.
The film is directed by Bobby and has Payal Rajput and Raashi Khanna as the main leads. Suresh Babu produced this film which had music by Thaman.
