Director Vi Anand is confident that his upcoming film with Ravi Teja, Disco Raja will hit the bull’s eye at the box office. Apparently, the director has been wanting to work with Ravi Teja for a long time now, and when he narrated the story of Disco Raja, Ravi Teja was quite impressed with his characterisation in the film.
Talking about the film briefly, Vi Anand said, “The story is set in the ’80s, and Ravi Teja plays a gangster, who loves Disco music, he is a big fan of Mithun Chakraborthy, and is full of attitude and swag. Thaman went all out to recreate the music of the era. Every character in the film has an interesting arc, and we are all happy with what we have done.”
The film also stars Nabha Natesh, PayPal Rajput, and Tanya Hope in lead roles. Thaman has scored the music, and the film will hit the screens on January 24.
