Kollywood star Ajith’s upcoming action thriller, Vidaamuyarchi, is one of the most anticipated biggies in Tamil cinema. Also starring Trisha in a lead role, the film is scheduled to open in cinemas worldwide on February 6.
While Ajith fans eagerly await Vidaamuyarchi’s trailer launch, Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran’s latest comments have added to the hype and excitement. During his speech at his upcoming directorial project, Mohanlal’s L2: Empuraan, in Kochi last night, Prithviraj said that he has seen Vidaamuyarchi’s trailer and that it’s one of the finest trailers he has seen in recent Tamil cinema. “It’s beautifully done. I’m really looking forward to the film. All the best for Vidaamuyarchi, and I hope Vidaamuyarchi is a smashing success,” said the Aadujeevitham star. He also added, “I hope Empuraan is an even bigger success.”
Vidaamuyarchi is bankrolled under Lyca Productions, the banner that also produced L2: Empuraan. Arjun, Regina Cassandra, and Arav will be seen in crucial roles in Vidaamuyarchi. Anirudh Ravichander is the film’s music composer.
