Thalapathy Vijay’s new film The Greatest of All Time (The GOAT) is set for a grand release on September 5, 2024, with Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead and Venkat Prabhu as the director.
The movie has generated significant buzz in Tamil Nadu but is struggling to gain traction in the Telugu states. Poor marketing efforts have resulted in minimal excitement and insufficient visibility in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
With Vijay not expected to promote the film in Hyderabad, it’s up to Venkat Prabhu and Archana Kalapathi to boost the film’s profile in these regions. The released songs have not significantly impacted the anticipation among Telugu audiences.
On the other hand, bookings have yet to open in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The film is produced by AGS Entertainment with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Watch this space for more details.
