Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram erased many existing records at the box office. The movie went on to become the highest grosser in the legendary actor’s career and had a long dream run. Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil who played other important roles were also applauded equally.
Vikram just didn’t stop its explosion there. Now the news is that the film registered the highest ever opening weekend on Hotstar in terms of viewership, subscription, and watch time. The OTT platform officially announced this a while ago.
Lokesh Kanagaraj’s powerful story-telling combined with the star cast’s scintillating performance and Anuirudh’s sensational music made this possible. The film is bankrolled by Kamal’s home banner Raaj Kamal Films International.
