Chiyaan Vikram’s long-delayed film Dhruva Natcharitham is all set for a grand release this year. The shoot was halted for many years due to various reasons, and the production part was recently wrapped. The movie is currently in the post-production stage. This Gautham Vasudev Menon’s directorial is a spy thriller.
The latest buzz in the Tamil film circles is that the movie is getting ready for a theatrical release on July 14. If this happens, the Vikram starrer will have a box office clash with Siva Karthikeyan’s Maaveeran, which also releases on the same date. Maaveeran was initially planned for the August release, but Rajini’s Jailer release made the Maaveeran team prepone the release.
It needs to be seen if this clash happens or not. Dhruva Natcharitham has an ensemble cast of Ritu Varma, Parthiban, Aishwarya Rajesh, Simran, Radhika, Arjun Das, and Divyadarshini. Manoj Paramahansa handles the cinematography, while Harris Jayaraj composes the tunes. Ondraga Entertainment, Kondaduvom Entertainment, and Escape Artists Motion Pictures jointly bankroll this flick.
