SS Rajamouli’s next big venture with Mahesh Babu is progressing smoothly. Titled Varanasi, the film also stars Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran in key roles.
Recently, hoardings displaying “April 7, 2027 – In Theatres” have come up in Varanasi, and pictures of the same are now going viral on social media. These hoardings are being linked to the film, as fans believe the visual theme closely matches the project’s reported concept.
Fans are speculating that this could be the film’s release date and are now waiting for an official confirmation from the makers, who have remained silent so far.
Interestingly, Ugadi is said to coincide with the mentioned date, further adding fuel to the speculation. Until the team makes a formal announcement, the buzz is only expected to grow.
Being made on a massive budget of around Rs. 1,300 crore, the film also features Madhavan, Prakash Raj, and others in key roles. KL Narayana and SS Karthikeya are producing the project, while MM Keeravaani is composing the music.
