The team representing Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, popularly known as Virosh, has submitted a formal complaint to the Cyber Crime authorities in Hyderabad, seeking an impartial investigation into allegedly false and misleading content circulating online about the couple.
According to the statement, the complaint concerns various forms of online content, including fabricated narratives, manipulated screenshots, impersonation, and targeted harassment across social media platforms. The team has also submitted relevant links and supporting evidence for the authorities to examine.

The complaint reportedly distinguishes between genuine criticism and the deliberate spread of misinformation. While acknowledging the right to express opinions and criticism, the team has raised concerns over content that allegedly presents fabricated or manipulated claims as facts.

The team has also urged the authorities to investigate any suspected coordinated or paid campaigns, provided there is sufficient evidence to establish such activity. It stated that each identified instance of publishing, reposting, or amplifying potentially unlawful content may be examined individually, with appropriate legal action pursued wherever warranted.

It has also urged social media users to exercise caution while sharing unverified claims and avoid presenting speculation as established fact. The Virosh team reiterated its commitment to protecting the dignity and reputation of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna through lawful means.
