Vishwak Sen is gearing up for the release of his new film Funky, which is all set to hit the screens on February 13. Directed by Anudeep KV, the film is produced by Naga Vamsi, with Kayadu Lohar playing the female lead.
The comedy entertainer has created decent buzz with its promos. At the pre-release event held recently, Vishwak Sen turned emotional while speaking about the project.
The young actor revealed that he was going through a low phase in his career with back-to-back flops when Anudeep approached him for Funky. “I thank Anudeep for giving me this opportunity when I really needed it. Thanks for even considering me for this film,” said Vishwak Sen.
His heartfelt words won applause from fans and the film unit. Now, all eyes are on Funky to see if it delivers the much-needed success to both Vishwak Sen and director Anudeep.
