After the setback of Akhanda 2, Nandamuri Balakrishna is reportedly determined to stage a strong comeback. The senior star is all set to begin shooting for his next film under the direction of Gopichand Malineni.

The project is expected to be a mass entertainer, a genre that has traditionally worked well for Balakrishna. Nayanthara is the heroine.

Meanwhile, fresh buzz suggests that Balakrishna is also in discussions with director Vivek Athreya for another film. Vivek is known for his unique storytelling style and previously directed Ante Sundaraniki and Saripodhaa Sanivaaram with Nani.

If this collaboration materializes, it would mark an interesting shift in Balakrishna’s film choices. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.
