The entire team of Taxiwaala celebrated the film’s grand success with thousands of movie lovers in Bhimavaram last night. As usual, her Vijay Deverakonda stole the show with his flamboyance and a determined speech.
Vijay started off his speech by recollecting all the setbacks the film had faced since the teaser release in April earlier this year till the film’s release on November 17. Quoting his open letter after NOTA’s failure, Vijay said “When I said I’ll be back, be bloody sure I’ll be back,” with his fans cheering for him.
Vijay further said that this success wouldn’t have been possible without the steely determination of each and every cast and crew member of Taxiwaala and audiences’ patronage. Taxiwaala has collected nearly 17 crore share worldwide and has landed its producers and distributors in double the profits.
