Peddi has collected more than Rs. 300 crore gross worldwide in its extended opening weekend. Headlined by Ram Charan and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the movie has Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead and is performing decently at the box office.
However, the ticket prices are one of the main reasons for a lower turnout now because the family audience is waiting for prices to be reduced.
As the second week has just begun, it is the right time for the filmmakers to reduce the ticket rates to normal prices to bring in more footfalls.
If the makers take this into consideration, the collections will improve significantly since there are no big movie releases this week. It is a great opportunity to capture the attention of a wider audience and bring in repeat viewers who want to see Ram Charan’s highly engaging performance again.
The film also features a talented supporting cast, including Shiva Rajkumar, Boman Irani, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, Tinnu Anand, and Taraka Ponnappa in significant roles. Produced by Vriddhi Cinemas, the project has AR Rahman as the music composer.
