The day Yash fans have been waiting for so long is finally here. One and a half years after the release of KGF 2, Rocking Star Yash announced his new project. The movie is called Toxic, and it will be helmed by actress-turned-director Geetu Mohandas. “A Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups” is its tagline. Toxic is the 19th film in Yash’s career.
Geetu Mohandas is known for her films Liar’s Dice and Moothon, both of which received international recognition. She is the wife of the famous cinematographer Rajiv Ravi. Toxic will be produced by Venkat K Narayana under the banner of KVN Productions.
For the past few days, there have been several reports that Geeta Mohandas will direct Yash in his 19th film, and those reports now turned out to be true. The title reveal video is captivating, with a peppy background score. Going by the video, it seems Toxic is a gangster action drama. The makers also revealed that the film will hit the big screens on 10th April 2025. The details about the other cast and crew will be announced soon.
