Yash’s big-ticket entertainer Toxic will make its way to theatres on August 26. After multiple postponements, the film is finally arriving at the end of this month, and the buzz is significantly higher than it was earlier.
Toxic wrapped up its censor formalities with an “A” (Adults Only) certificate. Given the promos and adult content in the assets, this was expected anyway, but here’s a bigger surprise. The approved runtime of this gangster action drama is 194 minutes (3 hours and 14 minutes). The screenplay must be highly engaging to keep the audience invested throughout the lengthy duration.
Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film stars Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, and Huma Qureshi in pivotal roles. Co-written by Yash and produced by Venkat Narayana of KVN Productions, Toxic will have a simultaneous multilingual release.
