Nani and Nithiin opted out of the rural entertainer for various reasons, and in a surprising turn, star music director Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in as the male protagonist. Earlier, it was speculated that one of Sai Pallavi or Keerthi Suresh would play the female lead, but according to the latest reports, the makers are holding talks with Sita Ramam beauty Mrunal Thakur. If she agrees to be part of the project, it will further amplify the hype.
The first glimpse released for Sankranthi had already created solid momentum for the film. The movie will also feature tunes composed by Devi Sri Prasad himself. Sirish, along with Dil Raju, will bankroll this flick under Sri Venkateswara Creations. T-Series has bagged the musical rights.
