Sandeep Raj, the director of the National Award-winning film Colour Photo, last directed Mowgli, which did not perform as expected. The filmmaker has now opened up about a big project he had planned to make after his debut.
Sandeep Raj had originally written the script with Ravi Teja in mind as the lead, with Vishwak Sen and Manchu Manoj also envisioned in key roles. However, the project gradually took a back seat and has remained in development.
Recently, a netizen asked the director about the film, prompting Sandeep Raj to open up about its current status. He revealed that he does not feel ready to take up the project at this stage and believes he needs more experience before attempting it.
The director described the film as his dream project and indicated that he hopes to bring it to life someday in the future. For now, the project remains on hold, with Sandeep Raj choosing to wait until he feels ready to do justice to the story.
