Mahanati, a biopic based on the illustrious life and career of legendary yesteryear heroine Savithri, has been one of the most eagerly awaited movies of 2018.
Mahanati stars Keerthy Suresh reprising Savithri’s role, while Dulquer Salmaan will be seen as Savithri’s husband Gemini Ganesan. Samantha will be essaying the role of a journalist.
And according to the latest reports,, young hero Vijay Deverakonda has been signed on by the makers. Vijay will reportedly be seen as Samantha’s love interest in this period drama. Nag Ashwin will be directing the movie.
