Govindudu Andarivadele is perhaps the most awaited film in the recent past. Produced by Bandla Ganesh, this flick has Ram Charan and Kajal in lead roles, and is directed by Krishna Vamsi. This film has completed the censor formalities and is ready for a grand release on Oct 1. Producer Bnadla Ganesh met with the media, and expressed his happiness. Here is the transcript.
How has the film shaped up ?
By the grace of god, the film has come out extremely well. The censor formalities have been completed, and all those who have seen it are only raving about the film. I am extremely confident about this flick, and am proud to have produced a family entertainer like this.
How was it working with Ram Charan ?
The entire credit of GAV should definitely go to Ram Charan. Right from its inception to the completion, Charan was completely involved in this flick and treated it as his own production. I am indebted to him for his support and also thank Krishna Vamsi for making a career defining film in our production.
How has Krisna Vamsi executed the entire project ?
He is the captain of our ship, and has given his heart and soul for this flick. GAV will be his best film till date, and will be how Mutyala Muggu was for Bapu Garu. The way he has brought back family emotions, human values is just amazing. After seeing the first cut, I became very emotional and same will be the case for all those who watch it.
Are you planning any special promotions for this flick ?
The bike that Ram Charan used in the film will be given out to one of his ardent fans. We will run a special contest and give out that bike which is worth 17 lakhs to the winner.
Any special plans for the release of the film ?
The first show will kick start from 5.18 AM onwards, and the film will release in nearly 2000 theaters worldwide. We are looking at some huge openings as it is the festive season.
Finally, What are your expectations from this flick ?
I am very confident that GAV will become the industry hit in Tollywood. Krishna Vamsi has made a complete family entertainer which will connect with one and all.
