With the stupendous response to the film’s teaser, expectations on Superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film, Srimanthudu, have increased and fans have been eagerly waiting for its release. In the teaser, Mahesh was shown as a rich industrialist who lives abroad. He adopts a village in India, locking horns with village ruffians.
Speaking about the film in a recent interview to a Tamil website, the film’s cinematographer Madhie revealed that Srimanthudu is primarily an action film laced with social message. No doubt that fans will rejoice with this revelation of the film being an action entertainer, since many have been expecting Srimanthudu to feature family emotions in the village backdrop.
The film’s shooting is nearing its completion and the audio launch will take place this 27th. The film is all set to release on the 17th of July.
