Hero Allu Arjun’s recent TVC for a bike taxi aggregator has landed him in trouble. The ad film showcases Allu Arjun as a chef in a small time hotel who tells a person to not take an RTC bus and instead book the bike taxi for a smooth and sweat-free ride. Bunny’s typical dialogue delivery in the ad film has enthralled his fans.
However, the ad film has now irked the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) MD Sajjanar. The MD has objected to Bunny’s ad, alleging that it’s tarnishing the reputation of a prestigious institution like TSRTC. The TSRTC has issued notices to Allu Arjun and the bike taxi aggregator in this regard.
MD Sajjanar went on to urge celebrities not to act in TV campaigns that tarnish the government-aided company but instead act in ads that encourage common people to take public transport.
