Sharwanand will be next seen in the rural action drama Bhogi, directed by Sampath Nandi. The movie is announced for a November 12 release, with the trailer and pre-release event scheduled to be unveiled today (November 7).
However, the trailer launch was postponed at the last minute, citing unforeseen technical issues. With the event suddenly postponed, rumours have started emerging that the movie might not make it to its scheduled release date.
A recent media report stated that the makers are looking to arrive on another date, as several movies are lined up for release next week. Arriving in such a crowded window won’t do any good for the film, considering the huge amount spent on it. However, an official confirmation is awaited.
Interestingly, Bhogi was initially scheduled for an August release but was pushed to November due to delays in post-production. Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi play the female leads. KK Radha Mohan is backing the project under the Sri Sathya Sai Arts banner, while Bheems Ceciroleo is composing the music.
