The makers have officially announced the first weekend ox office collections. According to them, Karuppu made a massive Rs. 147 crore global gross, which is humongous and the best-ever opening for any Suriya movie.
The Monday collections are also expected to be strong, as the ticket bookings remain solid. The movie is directed by RJ Balaji, with Trisha playing the female lead in this mass entertaining drama.
