Uppena is a film that many are waiting for eagerly. The film was supposed to release in April but the lockdown happened and changed things upside down disappointing the debut hero Vaishnav Tej.

When many films were coming out on OTT platforms, the makers of Uppena held back the rights and did not release the film. But when the theatres opened, the team did not even give the release date.

This confused many and now things are finally cleared as the film will hit the screens on the 12th of February during the Valentine weekend in a big way.

Buchi Babu Sana directs the film that has Kriti Shetty a the heroine. The censor is also done for the film that has hit music by DSP.

Star director Sukumar has just launched the teaser for Care of Kancharapalem fame Karthik Rathnam, Naveen Chandra and Krishna Priya-starrer upcoming social drama, Ardha Shathabdam. The intense teaser is loaded with power-packed dialogues on justice and impresses instantly.

Talking about the teaser, Sukumar said that Ardha Shathabdam’s title is quite powerful and showered praises on the film’s director Rawindra Pulle’s excellent taking. He wished the entire team a grand success.

Ardha Shathabdam also features senior character artiste Sai Kumar in a key role. The film has been produced by Chitti Kiran Ramoju and Telu Radhakrishna under Rishitha Creations and 24 Frames Celluloids banners. Nawfal Raja AIS has composed the music.

Post the lockdown, so many film shoots have re-started but there is no news of the film Liger that has Vijay Devarakonda as the main lead. The film’s first look received a lot of appreciation from the fans recently.

As cases in Mumbai were more, there was news that Liger will be shot in Hyderabad and that too in sets. But the latest we have come to know is that the makers are in due plans to shoot the film in Mumbai itself.

The film has a Mumbai backdrop and that is the reason, the shoot has been planned mostly in the bylanes of the city. Ananya Pandey is making her Telugu debut with this film.
