It’s an all-round show by Vijay in Sarkar’s teaser. He stamps his authority with his trademark swag and typical dialogue delivery. In Sarkar, Vijay plays a USA-based corporate Czar who visits Chennai to cast his vote. The rest of the story seems to be about how he becomes influential in transforming the face politics in the state. AR Rahman’s exuberant background score adds to the pompousness.
