Malayalam Superstar Mammootty, well-known as Mammukka, has been tested positive for Covid-19. The star hero took to social media to confirm the same.
“Despite taking all the necessary precautions I have tested Covid Positive yesterday. Besides a light fever I am otherwise fine. I am self isolating at home as per the directions of the concerned authorities. I wish for all of you to stay safe. Mask at all times and take care,” tweeted Mammukka.
The actor has recently joined the sets of his upcoming movie, tentatively titled CBI 5. As the actor is affected by the novel Coronavirus, the shooting has halted for now.
Besides, the ardent fans of the actor wished the superstar to recover from the deadly virus.
