With the release of the theatrical trailer, the negativity surrounding Adipurush has vanished completely. This Prabhas starrer is based on the Indian epic Ramayan and is directed by Om Raut of Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior fame. The mythological drama is up for a grand release on June 16, 2023.

The Jai Shri Ram track, which is present in the trailer, has impressed one and all. The latest news is that the full song will be unveiled on 20th May. As the release date is fast approaching, the makers decided to ante up the promotions. Kriti Sanon plays Sita in Adipurush.

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan plays Ravanasura. Devdatta Nage and Sunny Singh essay Hanuman and Lakshman roles, respectively. Shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages, Adipurush is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, Rajesh Nair, Vamsi, and Pramod under the banners of T-Series Films and Retrophiles. Ajay-Atul duo composed the tunes.
