Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur’s romantic drama Dacoit is locked for a March 19, 2026, release. The actor has also been working on Goodachari 2, and movie buffs are disappointed since the much-anticipated sequel is taking too long to hit the big screens.
Speaking with Hindustan Times, Adivi Sesh said, “I’ve always taken this long to make movies. It’s just that people are noticing it more now. I took just as long to make Major in the pandemic, but people thought it was the pandemic. Back when I was making Goodachari, I took two years to make it. This is just my pace, and the goal is to develop something stunning so that people don’t forget it.”
Adivi Sesh says that the pressure has only been about quality and not about money. Sesh also mentioned that he ensures his producers are safe and there isn’t any wasteful spending.
