It’s been almost a decade since Megastar Chiranjeevi’s industry-hit film Indra was aired on television. For some unknown reasons, the movie hasn’t been telecasted on small screens since 2014. Till now, Gemini TV held the satellite rights.
The latest update is that the satellite rights of this mass action drama have now been renewed by the entertainment channel ZEE Telugu. Indra is coming to the small screens on 17th December at 05:30 PM. This is surely great news for mega fans. At the time of its release, the movie created mass hysteria, and the audience went gaga over Megastar’s dance moves and dialogues.
Vyjayanthi Movies, the banner that produced the film, promised the fans that they would re-release the film in theatres at the earliest. Indra stars Sonali Bendre, Aarthi Agarwal, Prakash Raj, Tanikella Bharani, Shivaji, and Mukesh Rishi in crucial roles. B. Gopal directed the film, while Mani Sharma composed the tunes.
