Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly faced multiple setbacks in the last few years, and many wrote him off because of his recent track record. However, the actor has now bounced back with his latest outing, Sarvam Maya, a horror comedy fantasy film directed by Akhil Sathyan.
Sarvam Maya clashed with Mohanlal’s Vrusshaba at the box office, but the former dominated the race right from the word go. Nivin Pauly’s film earned good reviews from critics, and till now it has collected about Rs. 19 crores gross. The majority of the revenue came from the international markets. As per trade estimates, Sarvam Maya could earn around Rs. 45 crores in its four-day weekend.
If the film can hold well on the weekdays, it could well be a Rs. 100 crore grosser. Riya Shibu, Preity Mukhundhan, Janardhanan, Raghunath Paleri, and Aju Varghese played key roles. Ajaya Kumar and Rajeev Menon produced it under the banners of Firefly Films and Akhil Sathyan Films. Justin Prabhakaran composed the tunes.
