Akhil seemed visible excited about starring in a sports drama if the right script comes his way. The Akkineni hero revealed he is game for biographical sports dramas.
“If the right sports drama subject comes my way, I am more than ready to take it up. I feel there is a lot of fire, drama, and high moments in team India captains Virat Kohli’s life. I’d love to play him on screen,” Akhil said.
Akhil added that he will do a sports drama only if he connects with the soul of the film. He added that he is eagerly waiting for 83, the biopic of Indian cricket legend Kapil Dev.
Akhil is currently awaiting the release of Most Eligible Bachelor.
