Akhil Akkineni’s spy thriller, Agent, under Surender Reddy’s direction, is one of the most eagerly awaited Tollywood biggies. Star music composer Thaman was earlier roped in to score the soundtrack for this highly-anticipated action thriller.
But, if the ongoing buzz is anything to go by, Thaman has exited Agent due to reasons unknown. Furthermore, talented young Kollywood music composer HipHop Tamizha has been brought in as Thaman’s replacement. It is known that HipHop Tamizha had scored a memorable soundtrack for Surender Reddy’s Dhruva, starring Ram Charan.
Mumbai girl Sakshi Vaidhya is the leading lady in this Anil Sunkara production. He is said to have allotted a whopping Rs 50 crore budget for Agent, making it the most expensive film in Akhil’s career till date.
