Allari Naresh and Naandhi director Vijay Kanakamedala joined hands again for the action-thriller Ugram. The trailer was very promising, and the movie will arrive in theatres on May 5, 2023. Mirnaa Menon played the leading lady. The songs composed by Sricharan Pakala were good too.
In a recent interview, the actor spoke about the non-linear screenplay in Ugram, comparing it to his Gamyam film. Allari Naresh said that the movie goes back to the past from the present time and added that they used this back-and-forth editing style to convey the emotion in the film effectively.
We decided to have this sort of screenplay from the start itself, and we felt it would be good if we connect the dots in the second half, said Allari Naresh. The actor said that Ugram has a racy screenplay and added that the movie would hook the audience. Ugram is produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the banner of Shine Screens.
