Hero Allu Arjun is known for always standing by his friends. He has now lent a helping hand to his childhood friend and Tamil actor Dheeran. The Pushpa actor took to X this evening and released the theatrical trailer for Dheeran’s maiden Tamil film, Saala.
“I wish my childhood friend @dheeran_offl_, all the best for his new film. My support and best wishes will always be with him in all his endeavors. Happy to launch the trailer of his upcoming film, #Saala,” tweeted the National Award-winning actor. Apparently, Allu Arjun and Dheeran’s friendship began 26 years ago in Chennai.
Saala is a crime drama set against an illicit liquor syndicate backdrop. The trailer shows glimpses of power struggles, pride, and social consciousness. The film, directed by Manipaul, has debutant Reshma Venkatesan as its leading lady. The leading Tollywood production house, People Media Factory, has bankrolled the movie.
