While all the Mega family stars have been with Sai Dharam Tej ever since his hospitalization due to the bike accident on September 10, hero Allu Arjun has been away shooting for Pushpa in Maredumilli Forest. The actor has wrapped up the shoot and finally landed in Hyderabad this afternoon.
Wasting no time, Allu Arjun headed straight to Apollo Hospitals to visit his injured cousin. Pictures of Allu Arjun entering the hospital amid a sea of fans have been going viral on social media since his visit. On the other hand, Sai has been recovering well and doctors will take a decision on his discharge in a few days.
