Telugu legendary actor Allu Ramalingaiah’s wife and PAN-India star Allu Arjun’s grandmother, Allu Kanakaratnamma Garu, passed away in the wee hours of Saturday at the age of 94. She had been suffering from age-related health issues for some time.
As the news broke, fans and celebrities have been extending their condolences to the Allu family. The final rites will be performed this afternoon at Kokapet. Upon hearing the news, her grandson and star hero Ram Charan immediately canceled the ongoing Peddi shoot in Mysore.
Charan will be reaching Hyderabad very shortly. Icon Star Allu Arjun, who is currently in Mumbai shooting for Atlee’s film, will also be heading to Hyderabad soon. Meanwhile, Megastar Chiranjeevi is overseeing the formalities at Allu Aravind’s residence.
