Whatever Anil Ravipudi touches turns into gold. His last two films, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu and Sankranthiki Vasthunam, became regional industry hits. Anil’s next is a multi-starrer featuring Venkatesh and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram.
The fun entertainer will have its formal pooja ceremony tomorrow (June 18), and it is expected to be graced by the main cast and crew. The film marks the fifth collaboration between Anil and Venky after F2, F3, Sankranthiki Vasthunam, and Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu (cameo).
Anil made his directorial debut with Kalyan Ram’s Pataas, and the new film marks his second collaboration with the Nandamuri hero. The regular shoot will begin on June 22. The movie will be bankrolled by Sahu Garapati of Shine Screens in association with Suresh Productions and Zee Studios. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music.
