The bungalow, house number 25 on Sherly Rajan Road, spreads across 2,226 sqft. The bungalow, including a ground floor and two additional storeys, has a built-up area of 2,194 sqft. The talented actress has paid Rs 70 lakh, with a 1% discount on the stamp duty at the time of registration.
